Your profile
The Profile page shows your personal information and your training history. You can update your display name and language preference here.
All employees, including those who sign in with an employee number.
Getting to your profile
Click Profile in the left-hand navigation menu, or open your name/avatar menu at the top right and choose View profile.
What the profile page shows
- Your display name and initials avatar.
- Your role (for example, Employee, Team Lead).
- Your email or employee number (whichever your account uses).
- Your department and location, if set by your administrator.
- Your member since date.
- Any groups you belong to.
- A Completed Trainings section listing all your training history with completion dates, quiz scores, and certificate download buttons.
Editing your profile
Click Edit profile (top right of the profile card) to open the edit dialog.
In the dialog you can change:
- Full name - your display name as it appears in the interface, on certificates, and in completion records.
Click Save changes when done.
A name change takes effect immediately. Certificates you have already downloaded are not retroactively updated, but new downloads will use the updated name. Your evidence records in the system always carry the name that was on file at the time of completion.
Changing your language
The interface language is controlled by the language selector at the top of the screen (typically a globe icon or a language name). Click it to choose from the available languages:

- Hungarian
- Russian
- Italian
The interface updates immediately. Your selection is remembered for future sessions.
Your interface language and the language of a training certificate are independent. A certificate is issued in the language the training was authored in, not necessarily the language you have selected for the interface.
What you cannot change yourself
The following are set by your administrator and require you to contact them for changes:
- Role - your access level (Employee, Team Lead, Quality Admin, etc.) is assigned by an administrator and cannot be changed from the profile page.
- Department and location - controlled by administrators to determine which trainings are assigned to you.
- Work attributes (plant, line, workstation, activity) - used for automatic training assignment. Contact your supervisor or HR administrator if these are wrong.
- Employee number - your identifier in the system; contact an administrator if it is incorrect.
- Password or PIN - you cannot change these from the profile page. For a password reset, use the Forgot password? link on the login page. For a PIN reset, ask your administrator.
There is no self-serve account deletion or role change. If you need any of the above changed, contact your HR administrator or Quality Admin.
Certificates from the profile page
The Completed Trainings section on your profile lists all your training history and includes a Download certificate button for each entry. This is the same certificate available from the History page - both pull from the same evidence record.
Click Download certificate on any training to generate and download the PDF immediately.
