Kiosk login

If you work on the shop floor and do not have a company email address, you sign in to Better Comply with your employee number and a PIN. This is typically done at a shared kiosk tablet or computer.

Who this is for

Employees without a company email who have been set up by an administrator with an employee number and PIN.

What you need before you start

  • Your employee number - the badge or payroll number your administrator assigned you (for example, 100245).
  • Your PIN - the numeric PIN your administrator gave you when your account was created.

If you do not have these, ask your supervisor or a system administrator.

How to sign in

  1. Go to the Better Comply login page in the browser on the shared kiosk.

  2. Click Sign in with employee number below the email field.

  3. Enter your employee number in the field provided.

  4. Enter your PIN. Use the eye icon next to the field to show or hide the characters while you type.

  5. Click Log in.

The system looks up your account using the employee number and verifies the PIN. If the credentials are correct, you are taken straight to your My Trainings page.

What kiosk login gives you

Signing in with an employee number gives you exactly the same experience as signing in with an email address:

  • The same training assignments, quizzes, and content.
  • The same valid electronic signature and evidence record when you complete a training.
  • Your completions are attributed to your employee number in the audit trail, so they are fully traceable.

If login does not work

  • Double-check the employee number - make sure there are no extra spaces or zeros missing.
  • Double-check the PIN. Note that PINs are case-sensitive if your organization uses alphanumeric PINs.
  • If the number and PIN are definitely correct and it still fails, speak to your supervisor. An administrator can reset your PIN.
Security on shared devices

Always sign out when you finish your training session on a shared kiosk. Click your name or avatar in the top corner and choose Log out. If you leave without signing out, the next worker will see your account and your records.

Your PIN is private. Never share it with colleagues. If you think someone else knows your PIN, ask an administrator to reset it.

Your identity in the audit trail

Better Comply does not display or store your synthetic login address anywhere you can see it. In the training evidence record and certificates, your identity is shown by your name and employee number, not an internal system email. This means your completion record is human-readable to any auditor who reviews it.
