For learners

Better Comply is where you find and complete the trainings your organization has assigned to you. This section explains how to read your assignment list, work through a training, and obtain your completion certificate.

Who this is for

Employees at all levels, including shop-floor workers who sign in with an employee number and PIN at a shared kiosk.

What you will find here

The typical flow

  1. You are assigned a training. It appears in My Trainings with a due date.
  2. You open the training and read the content (and watch any video, if included).
  3. If the training has a quiz, you answer all questions and submit.
  4. If the training requires an electronic signature, a dialog appears and you sign.
  5. Your completion is recorded as immutable evidence. A certificate is generated immediately.
  6. The training moves to your History where you can download the certificate at any time.

Status badges at a glance

Each card in My Trainings carries one status badge:

BadgeMeaning
PendingAssigned but not yet started
In ProgressYou have started but not finished
OverdueThe due date has passed (and any grace window has closed)
CompletedDone - evidence is on file
FailedYou used all quiz attempts without passing
Grace period

"Overdue" appears only after the due date AND any grace window the training carries has elapsed. You may still be within the grace window even after the due date shows as passed - the badge updates automatically when the window closes. See My Trainings for details.
