Better Comply documentation

Better Comply is a continuous compliance enablement platform for regulated industries. It connects three jobs that traditionally live in separate tools: completing and recording training, governing controlled documents, and producing audit-ready evidence. Everything is linked - a learner's evidence record points back to the document version they trained against.

The three jobs Better Comply covers

Training and evidence

Assign training materials to employees through campaigns and onboarding rules. Each completion generates an immutable evidence record that includes the quiz result, the content version the employee trained against, and an optional electronic signature (21 CFR Part 11 compliant). Employees without a company email - common on the shop floor - sign in with an employee number and PIN at a kiosk; their completions are still fully attributed.

Controlled documents

Manage SOPs, work instructions, and policies through a QMS lifecycle: Draft, In review, Approved, Effective, Superseded, Obsolete. Every transition is audited. Document approval requires an electronic signature. Training materials can be pinned to specific document versions, so when a procedure changes the training team knows exactly which learners need to recertify.

Audit-ready evidence

The audit log is immutable by design. Every regulated action - completions, approvals, signatures, version activations - writes a tamper-evident record. Administrators can export evidence in CSV for external auditors at any time. The Compliance area explains the specific controls for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11.
